Fix Elementary OS WiFi/DNS Issues on HP Stream 11

While I have already posted about fixing these issues on Ubuntu this method can help if the steps in my previous post failed.

Open Terminal Type:

sudo apt-get install linux-image-generic-lts-utopic

Then

nano /etc/modprobe.d/rtl8723be.conf

In the file type:

options rtl18723be fekos=N ips=N

This should deal with the WiFi issues which plague the Stream on Linux. Hopefully this is of use
